Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and pepper for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Noodles

Boil water in a large pot and cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the noodles are cooking, slice the bell pepper, carrot, and green onions. Mince the garlic.

  4. 4

    Stir-Fry

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add Vegetables

Add the garlic, bell pepper, carrot, and green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  6. 6

    Combine with Noodles

Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the skillet, drizzle with sesame oil, and toss everything together. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

  7. 7

    Serve

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot.
