Prepare the Chicken
Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and pepper for at least 15 minutes.

Cook the Noodles
Boil water in a large pot and cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the noodles are cooking, slice the bell pepper, carrot, and green onions. Mince the garlic.

Stir-Fry
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the garlic, bell pepper, carrot, and green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Combine with Noodles
Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the skillet, drizzle with sesame oil, and toss everything together. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
