Prepare the Baby Potatoes
Boil baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Broccolini
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccolini and sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.

Cook the Swordfish
Season the swordfish filet with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Grill the swordfish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.

Make the Yuzu Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together yuzu juice, soy sauce, honey, and red chili flakes. Adjust seasoning to taste.

On a plate, arrange the sautéed broccolini and baby potatoes. Place the grilled swordfish on top and drizzle with the zesty yuzu sauce before serving.
