Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Baby Potatoes

Boil baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Broccolini

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccolini and sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Swordfish

Season the swordfish filet with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Grill the swordfish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.

  4. 4

    Make the Yuzu Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together yuzu juice, soy sauce, honey, and red chili flakes. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve

On a plate, arrange the sautéed broccolini and baby potatoes. Place the grilled swordfish on top and drizzle with the zesty yuzu sauce before serving.
