1. Prepare the Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped green onions. Gently mix them together to avoid breaking up the crab meat.

2. Add Eggs and Breadcrumbs

Add the eggs and breadcrumbs to the mixture. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined.

3. Form the Cakes

Using your hands, form the mixture into round patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Chill the Cakes

Refrigerate the formed crab cakes for at least 30 minutes. This helps them hold their shape while cooking.

5. Cook the Crab Cakes

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, carefully add the crab cakes to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.

6. Serve

Remove the crab cakes from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
