1. Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pry the shell apart and lift the lobster meat slightly out of the shell.

2. Season the Lobster

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, and paprika. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the lobster meat.

3. Melt the Butter

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.

4. Cook the Lobster

Preheat your grill or oven broiler to high. Place the lobster tails on the grill or a baking sheet, meat side up. Brush with melted garlic butter. Grill or broil for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

5. Serve

Remove from heat and drizzle with additional drawn butter. Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the lobster.
