Directions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Start by preparing the vegetables. Chop the bell peppers and zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
- 2
Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3
Cook the Crab Legs
In the same skillet, push the vegetables to the side and add the king crab legs. If they are frozen, you can thaw them under cold water first. Cook for about 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through.
- 4
Add Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle the garlic butter over the crab legs and vegetables.
- 5
Serve
Plate the sautéed vegetables and crab legs together. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
