Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Steaks
Remove the filet mignon steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. This ensures even cooking.
- 2
Season the Steaks
Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the steaks. Season generously with salt and black pepper, pressing the seasoning into the meat. Optionally, sprinkle fresh rosemary over the steaks.
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat the grill to high heat (around 450°F or 232°C). Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
- 4
Grill the Steaks
Place the steaks on the hot grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side for medium-rare, or until a nice crust forms. Flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes on the other side.

Rest and Serve
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
