Prepare Avocados

Cut and Fry
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out a small portion of the flesh to create a small bowl. In a bowl, mix the crab meat and shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and fill the avocado halves with this mixture.

Batter and Fry
In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to form a batter. Dip the filled avocados into the batter and heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the avocados until golden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels.
Prepare Cream Mousse

In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
