Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 2
Sear the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- 3
Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the white wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a simmer.
- 4
Combine and Cook
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spoon some sauce over them, and cover. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Serve hot with the garlic and wine sauce drizzled over the chicken.
