Biscuit Preparation
Make the Biscuit Dough
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and garlic powder. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Stir in the buttermilk until just combined. Do not overmix.
Shape and Bake
Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, and roll to 1-inch thickness. Cut out biscuits and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.

Cook the Pasta
In a pot, boil water and cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan, combine milk and cream cheese over low heat until melted. Stir in the cheeses and season with salt and pepper until smooth.

Mix the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce until well coated.

Assemble the Dish
On each biscuit, layer cooked bacon, a fried egg, and a generous serving of mac n' cheese. Top with crushed potato chips and bacon bits.
