Preparation and Cooking
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Prepare the Chilli Stems
Wash the chilli stems thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
3. Season the Chilli Stems
In a mixing bowl, toss the chilli stems with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.
4. Roast the Chilli Stems
Spread the seasoned chilli stems on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are crispy and slightly browned.
5. Add Parmesan and Vinegar
Once roasted, remove the chilli stems from the oven and immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over them. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss to combine.
