Marinated Tomato

Moonlight Hollow Runny Egg

Grilled Sourdough

Method

Marinated Tomato Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped fresh basil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well blended.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Tomatoes

Chop the fresh tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Stir gently to ensure the tomatoes are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Moonlight Hollow Runny Egg Preparation

  1. 3

    Heat the Butter

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Ensure it coats the bottom of the pan evenly.

  2. 4

    Cook the Eggs

Crack the eggs gently into the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny.

  3. 5

    Remove from Heat

Carefully transfer the eggs to a plate, allowing the runny yolks to remain intact.

Grilled Sourdough Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Sourdough

Brush both sides of the sourdough bread slices with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.

  2. 7

    Grill the Bread

In the same skillet used for the eggs (after they are cooked), place the sourdough slices. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

  3. 8

    Assemble the Dish

Place the grilled sourdough on a plate, top with marinated tomatoes, and finally add the runny eggs on top.
