Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the chicken wings in the mixture until well coated.
Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).
Fry the Wings
Carefully add the wings to the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Make the Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Toss the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with the honey garlic sauce until well coated.
Serve
Serve the wings hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
