Preparation

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and hot sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

2

Marinate the Chicken Wings

Place the chicken wings in a large bowl or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the wings, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight for the best flavor.

Cooking

3

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

4

Arrange the Wings

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet. Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the rack in a single layer.

5

Bake the Wings

Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

6

Serve

Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
