Burger Ingredients

Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, gently mix the ground beef blend. Form it into a patty shape, about 1/2 lb in weight. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Cook the Burger

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C) for medium doneness.

  3. 3

    Toast the Bun

While the burger is cooking, lightly toast the brioche bun on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread the hatch aioli on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Place the cooked burger patty on top, followed by the lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and a smear of mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Cut the burger in half if desired, and serve immediately with your favorite side.
