Prepare Dough

Mix the Dough Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs and water. Using a fork, gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a rough dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

Mix Filling Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with the four blend cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Assemble Ravioli

Roll Out Dough
After the dough has rested, divide it into four pieces. Roll out each piece on a floured surface until thin, about 1/16 inch thick.

Cut and Fill Ravioli
Using a ravioli cutter or a knife, cut the dough into squares. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each square. Moisten the edges with water, fold over, and press to seal.
Cook Ravioli

Boil the Ravioli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook for 4-5 minutes or until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.

Bake with Sauce
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara or meat sauce. Place the cooked ravioli on top and cover with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
