Preparation of Ingredients
Prepare the Berries
Wash the fresh mixed berries under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean towel. Slice the strawberries if large and set aside.
Mix the Mascarpone
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer to whip the mixture until it becomes light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
Assembling the Tiramisu
Soak the Ladyfingers
Pour the Moscato wine into a shallow dish. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the wine, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
Layer the Ingredients
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, place a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, smoothing it out evenly. Add a layer of mixed berries on top.
Repeat the Layers
Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers over the berries, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture. Top with the remaining mixed berries.
Chilling and Serving
Chill the Tiramisu
Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.
Garnish and Serve
Before serving, garnish the tiramisu with fresh mint leaves and additional berries. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
