Prepare the Pork
Rub the jerk seasoning all over the pork shoulder. Place the pork in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender and easily shredded.

Make the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine jicama, shredded cabbage, and shredded carrot. Toss to mix. You can add a dressing of your choice or keep it simple with lime juice and salt.

Shred the Pork
Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker to soak in the juices.

Assemble the Tacos
Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet. On each tortilla, place a generous amount of pulled pork, top with jicama slaw, mango salsa, sliced avocado, and a drizzle of Bajan BBQ sauce.

Garnish with additional cilantro if desired and serve immediately.
