Prepare the Tartar Sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickles, and lemon juice. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Prepare the Fish
In a shallow dish, mix together flour, cornmeal, and Shack seasoning. In another bowl, beat the eggs and add milk.

Fry the Fish
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the coated fish fillets until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes on each side.

Prepare the French Fries
While the fish is frying, prepare the French fries according to package instructions, or fry fresh potatoes until golden brown.

Serve
Remove the fish from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve the fish hot with tartar sauce and French fries.
