    Chill your glass

    Start by chilling a martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

    Mix the ingredients

    In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 1 oz of Plymouth gin, 1 oz of Absolut Elyx vodka, and 0.5 oz of Lillet Blanc.

    Shake well

    Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

    Strain into glass

    Empty the ice water from your martini glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

    Garnish

    Twist a piece of lemon peel over the drink to release its oils, then drop it into the glass as a garnish.
