Preheat the oven to 200°F (95°C). Cut cherry tomatoes in half, place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt. Bake for 2-3 hours until they are shriveled but not burned.

Blanch the fresh green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and immediately submerge them in ice water to maintain their vibrant color. Season with salt and pepper.
