For the BBQ Ribs

Method

For the BBQ Ribs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your grill to medium heat. In a bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the pork ribs.

  2. 2

    Make the BBQ Sauce

In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, honey, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. 3

    Grill the Ribs

Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 2-3 hours, basting with BBQ sauce every 30 minutes, until tender and caramelized.

For the Creamy Coleslaw

  1. 4

    Mix the Vegetables

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrot.

  2. 5

    Make the Dressing

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.

  3. 6

    Combine and Chill

Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

For the Fries

  1. 7

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, and paprika.

  2. 8

    Bake the Fries

Spread the fries out on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
