For the BBQ Ribs

Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your grill to medium heat. In a bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the pork ribs.

Make the BBQ Sauce
In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, honey, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mix the Vegetables
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrot.

Make the Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
