Mixing the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, combine Cinzano Rosso, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, pink grapefruit juice, and fresh lime juice. Add ice and shake well until chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top with Rosé wine and soda water.

Garnish with fresh cucumber slices and, if desired, a slice of pink grapefruit.
