Prepare the Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Seasoning
In a separate bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the chicken wings, tossing them until they are well coated.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the coated wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove the wings and drain on paper towels.
Serving

Plate and Serve
Arrange the crispy wings on a serving platter. Serve with creamy blue cheese dressing and Valentina hot sauce on the side for dipping.
