Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Seasoning

In a separate bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the chicken wings, tossing them until they are well coated.

  3. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a deep frying pan or fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

  4. 4

    Fry the Wings

Carefully add the coated wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove the wings and drain on paper towels.

Serving

  1. 5

    Plate and Serve

Arrange the crispy wings on a serving platter. Serve with creamy blue cheese dressing and Valentina hot sauce on the side for dipping.
