Red Wine
Method
Wine Production Process
- 1
Harvesting
Carefully harvest the Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes, ensuring only the best quality grapes are selected.
- 2
Crushing and Fermentation
Crush the grapes and transfer them to fermentation tanks. Add malolactic bacteria to facilitate the secondary fermentation process.
- 3
Aging
Transfer the wine to oak barrels for aging. Allow it to mature for at least 12 months, monitoring the flavor and aroma development.
- 4
Bottling
Once the aging process is complete, carefully filter and bottle the wine, adding sulfur dioxide to preserve freshness.
- 5
Labeling and Storing
Label the bottles and store them in a cool, dark place for additional aging if desired.
