Wine Ingredients
Method
Winemaking Process
- 1
Harvesting
Harvest the Pinot Grigio grapes when they are at optimal ripeness, usually in late summer to early autumn.
- 2
Crushing and Pressing
Crush the grapes to release the juice. Press the crushed grapes to separate the juice from the skins.
- 3
Fermentation
Transfer the juice to fermentation tanks and add yeast. Allow to ferment at controlled temperatures for about 2-3 weeks.
- 4
Racking
After fermentation is complete, rack the wine to separate it from the sediment.
- 5
Aging
Age the wine in stainless steel tanks for 6-12 months to develop its flavor.
- 6
Bottling
After aging, filter and bottle the wine. Add sulfites to preserve the wine.
