Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add the live lobsters and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they're bright red. Remove from water and let cool. Once cool, carefully split the lobsters in half lengthwise and remove the meat from the claws and tail, keeping the shells intact.

  2. 2

    Make the Stuffing

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic, sautéing until soft. In a bowl, combine the sautéed shallots and garlic with chopped shrimp, crab meat, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Lobsters

Fill the lobster halves with the stuffing mixture, packing it down gently.

Baking

  1. 4

    Bake the Lobsters

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffed lobsters on a baking sheet. Drizzle the melted butter over the stuffing and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden brown and the lobster meat is cooked through.
