Prepare the Glass
Chill a champagne flute or coupe glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes or filling it with ice water.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the strawberry gin, orange liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and a handful of ice cubes. Shake well until chilled.

Strain and Pour
Remove the glass from the freezer or discard the ice water. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

Top with Bubbles
Gently top the cocktail with sparkling wine, pouring slowly to maintain the bubbles.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a whole strawberry on the rim of the glass, and serve immediately.
