1. Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

2. Cook the Chicken

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Slice the grilled chicken and place it inside the warm pita. Add a generous spread of hummus and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with extra lemon wedges on the side.
