1. Prepare the Smoker
If using a smoking gun, fill it with your choice of wood chips and prepare it for use. If using a cocktail smoker, ensure it is ready to ignite.
2. Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Carpano Antica Vermouth, and Angostura Bitters. Stir well until chilled.
3. Smoke the Cocktail
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Using your smoking device, infuse smoke into the glass for 10-15 seconds to achieve the desired smoky flavor.
4. Garnish
Garnish the cocktail with 2 griotte cherries on a skewer or placed directly in the drink.
