Prepare the Asparagus
Trim the ends of the asparagus and blanch them in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes until bright green. Drain and set aside.

Make Lemon Butter Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.

Sauté the Walleye
Heat olive oil and remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season walleye fillets with salt and pepper. Place fillets in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
