1. Prepare the Grouper
Pat the grouper fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
2. Pan Roast the Fish
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the grouper fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
3. Make the Lemon Butter Sauce
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon and stir well. Cook for an additional minute.
4. Plate the Dish
Serve the pan roasted grouper with a generous drizzle of lemon butter sauce on top. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
