Cook the Shrimp
Once boiling, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and drain.

Prepare the Cocktail Sauce
In a bowl, mix together ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until well combined.

Chill the shrimp if desired, then serve with the Bloody Mary cocktail sauce on the side.
