Start by washing and drying the cotton T-Shirt to remove any sizing. Lay the shirt flat on a clean surface.

Place a piece of cardboard inside the T-Shirt to prevent paint from bleeding through to the back.

Lay the stencil on the front of the T-Shirt in your desired position. Ensure it is flat and secure.

Using the sponge brush, dab the fabric paint onto the stencil. Apply evenly and avoid over-saturating the sponge.
