Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into even pieces, then boil them in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash with butter and milk until smooth.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the ends of the asparagus and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill or roast in the oven until tender, about 8-10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the salmon fillets with this mixture and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the grilled salmon alongside the asparagus and a generous serving of mashed potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
