Chop the Salad Ingredients
While the steak is resting, chop the romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion into bite-sized pieces. If using fresh street corn, grill or boil it until tender, then cut off the kernels.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, grape tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and street corn medley. Slice the rested sirloin and add it to the salad.
