Making the Crust
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.

Preparing the Filling
In a separate bowl, beat together 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 8 oz of cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream until well combined.

Assembling the Pie
Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the cooled chocolate cookie crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Serving
Before serving, top the pie with additional whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired. Slice and enjoy!
