Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan or line it with mini cupcake liners.

  2. 2

    Melt the Butter

In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  3. 3

    Mix Sugars and Eggs

Stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar into the melted butter until combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  4. 4

    Combine Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

  5. 5

    Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

  6. 6

    Fold in Chocolate Chips

Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

  7. 7

    Bake the Brownies

Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  8. 8

    Cool and Serve

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
