Brownie and Peanut Butter Mousse

Make the Brownies
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add to the butter mixture and stir until just combined.

Make the Peanut Butter Mousse
In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

In another bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.

Spread the peanut butter mousse over the cooled brownies and freeze for at least 1 hour.

Serve
Cut the brownies into squares, drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce before serving.
