Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Meat Sauce

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent.

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning
