1. Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Marinate the Chicken
Place the whole chicken in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken and seal the bag. Massage the marinade into the chicken and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
