Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the onion, mushrooms, and green bell pepper into thin strips.

  2. 2

    Cook the Vegetables

In a skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion, mushrooms, and green bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are tender and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Cook the Ribeye

In the same skillet, increase the heat to high. Thinly slice the ribeye steak against the grain. Add the steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Reduce the heat to low and add the sautéed vegetables back into the skillet with the ribeye. Mix well and heat through.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sandwiches

Slice the hoagie rolls open. Place a generous portion of the ribeye and vegetable mixture into each roll. Drizzle with Kraft Cheez Whiz, and serve immediately.
