Grilling and Assembly
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Grill the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well to combine.
Assemble the Dish
Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the salad. Optionally, garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and croutons.
