Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Clean the Mushrooms
Wipe the fresh mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and slice the caps if desired.

Mix the Cheese Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Combine Mushrooms and Cheese Mixture
Add the cleaned mushrooms to the cheese mixture and toss gently to coat each mushroom evenly.

Prepare the Baking Dish
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Prepare Breadcrumb Topping
In a small bowl, mix the bread crumbs with olive oil until the crumbs are coated. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the mushroom and cheese mixture in the baking dish.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
