Cocktail
- 1
Prepare glass
Chill a coupe or coupe-style cocktail glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes or fill with ice water while you prepare the drink; discard ice water before serving.
- 2
Add 60 ml light rum, 15 ml coconut rum, 22 ml fresh lime juice, 45 ml pineapple juice, 12 ml simple syrup, 7.5 ml orange liqueur, 15 ml cream of coconut, and 1 dash Angostura bitters into a cocktail shaker.
- 3
Fill the shaker with about 1 cup of ice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty and well-chilled. This both chills and dilutes the drink to proper balance.

Garnish

- 6
Sprinkle about 1 tsp toasted coconut flakes over the top center of the drink for aroma and a hint of crunch. If using, tuck a small pineapple leaf or wedge at the rim for visual appeal.

Serve immediately with a short note: 'Very Nice — sweet, tart, and coconut-forward; evokes a warm beach moment.'
