Roasted Garlic Oil

Prepare the Garlic
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Peel the garlic cloves and place them in a small oven-safe dish.

Add Olive Oil
Pour the olive oil over the garlic cloves and sprinkle with salt.

Blend the Oil
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Blend the garlic and oil together until smooth and set aside.
Pizza Assembly

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.

Prepare the Dough
On a floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape and thickness.

Add Roasted Garlic Oil
Spread a generous amount of the roasted garlic oil over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add Tomatoes
Slice the fresh tomatoes and arrange them evenly over the pizza.

Add Mozzarella and Basil
Tear the fresh mozzarella into pieces and scatter them over the tomatoes. Add the fresh basil leaves on top.

Season the Pizza
Drizzle a little olive oil over the toppings and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Bake the Pizza
Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone) and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.

Slice and Serve
Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve hot.
