Preparation

1

Prepare the Mushrooms

Clean the cremini and shiitake mushrooms with a damp cloth. Remove stems from shiitake mushrooms and slice both types of mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

2

Mix the Oil

In a skillet over medium heat, combine truffle oil and garlic oil. Allow the oils to heat for about 1 minute.

Cooking

3

Sauté the Mushrooms

Add the sliced cremini and shiitake mushrooms to the skillet. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and browned.

4

Add Cheese

Once the mushrooms are cooked, reduce the heat to low. Sprinkle the mozzarella and provolone cheese evenly over the sautéed mushrooms. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve warm as an appetizer or over pasta for a main dish.
