    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it is hot when you're ready to cook.

    Prepare Ingredients

    Slice the mushrooms, dice the onion, and green peppers. If using raw Italian sausage, cook and crumble it in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Assembly

    Layer Sauce

    Spread the Ricco's marinara evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.

    Add Cheeses

    Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese followed by the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the marinara.

    Add Meats

    Distribute the pepperoni slices and the cooked crumbled Italian sausage over the cheese layer.

    Add Vegetables

    Evenly spread the sliced mushrooms, diced onions, and diced green peppers over the meat layer.

Cooking

    Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
