2. Combine Ingredients

In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed jasmine rice and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

3. Simmer

Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan with a lid, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

4. Rest the Rice

After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let the rice sit, covered, for another 10 minutes to allow it to steam.
