1. Muddle the Ingredients
In a sturdy glass, add the fresh mint leaves, Thai basil leaves, and sugar syrup. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently crush the leaves to release their aromatic oils.
2. Add Lime Juice
Cut the lime into wedges and squeeze the juice into the glass. Drop the wedges in as well for extra flavor.
3. Mix in Rum
