Clean and devein the tiger prawns, leaving the shells on for flavor if desired. Rinse and pat dry.

Sauté the Garlic
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Cook the Prawns
Add the tiger prawns to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque.

Add Lemon Juice
Once the prawns are cooked, drizzle with lemon juice and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional minute.

Serve the sautéed prawns immediately with Mexican white rice, black beans, and warm tortillas on the side.
